Meet Dr. Tamara Surujbally
Dr. Tamara has always been fascinated by how the body moves, adapts, and performs.
Whether helping someone recover from an injury, stay active through pregnancy, or simply move through everyday life with greater ease, she’s passionate about helping people feel confident in what their bodies can do.
Movement has always been part of her story.
Growing up, Dr. Tamara trained in martial arts and competitive dance, and today she continues to challenge herself through bodybuilding. Those experiences taught her firsthand that feeling your best isn’t just about being pain-free; it’s about moving well, building resilience, and having the confidence to do the things you love.
She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating cum laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
Care should be as individual as the person receiving it.
Dr. Tamara enjoys caring for people of all ages and has a special interest in chronic pain, sports-related injuries, pregnancy, and helping patients improve how they move and function. She believes every person has different goals, so every treatment plan should reflect that.
To provide care that’s tailored to each individual, she combines chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques (IASTM), kinesiology taping, rehabilitation exercises, acupuncture, and education to help patients better understand their bodies.
Helping you get back to what matters most.
Dr. Tamara is Webster Certified, allowing her to support patients throughout pregnancy, and is also certified in acupuncture. She also offers wellness coaching with personalized nutrition and training guidance for those looking to build healthy habits and support their long-term wellness.
Above all, Dr. Tamara believes the best care starts with listening. She enjoys building genuine relationships with her patients, celebrating progress together, and helping them return to the activities that bring them joy.
